12.Application and Usage
It can be used as a hydrophobic treatment agent of fumed silica, hydroxy protective agent of antibiotics, surface treatment of diatomite and titanium powder, bonding agent of light etching agent in Semiconductor industry. It is widely used as Silylation of synthetic process ofAmikacin, penicillins, cephalosporins, fluorouracil and Penicillin derivatives.

Store in dry and well ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight and flame. The storage temperature is -50℃ ～45℃. Handling according to hazardous substances and prevention from knock, rain and insolation. It is easy to hydrolysis, can happen violent reaction in acid, should be kept in airtight container.
