10.Application and Usage
It is a kind of organosilane with active amine group and hydrolyzable inorganic ethoxylsilyl double functional group, soluble in alcohols, chain hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons and other solvents. It can be coupled with organic macromolecule and inorganic filler, enhance its adhesion, improve the mechanical, electrical, water resistance, anti-aging properties. It canbe applied to mineral filler of phenolic resin, polyester, epoxy, PBT, polyamide, carbonate and other thermoplastic and thermosetting resin, can raise the dry and wet state of reinforced plastic bending strength, compressive strength, wet state shear strength and other physical and mechanical properties and electrical performance, and to improve the wettability of filler in the polymer and dispersion.In resin sand casting, it can enhance the adhesion of resin silica sand, improve the strength and moisture resistance of molding sand. In the production of glass fiber and mineral cotton, adding phenolic binder can improve moisture resistance and compression resilience. It is an excellent bond promoter, can be used in polyurethane, epoxy, nitrile, phenolic adhesives and sealing materials, improve the dispersion of pigment and improve the adhesion of glass, aluminum, iron metals, also suitable for polyurethane, epoxy and acrylic latex coatings. It is also used in the synthesis of amino silicone oil and its emulsion.
